ARKTUR Ltd was founded in April 1994 to provide western standards of service for the incoming tourist, corporate and incentive markets as well as for major sports events in Ukraine. With a growing interest to new and exciting destinations combining high quality of service, we have perfect product for the most demanding clients. Due to 16 years of operation on the Ukrainian inbound travel market, ARKTUR has established excellent business relationships with local service providers (hotels, venues, restaurants, transportation services, ticket agencies), negotiated highly competitive rates and has created unique incentive programmes and tours.

ARKTUR is a member of International Air Transport Association (IATA), American Tourism Society (ATS), Japan Association of Travel Agencies (JATA), European Business Association (EBA), International Society of Meeting Planners (ISMP), American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). Our company is fully licensed to issue supporting documentation for visas in the Consulates of Ukraine worldwide and in an emerging market such as Ukraine, many of our clients are reassured by our $1m tour operator liability insurance through our parent company in the UK.

We also have a decade of experience in handling the specific requirements of football teams and other sports events taking place in Ukraine. Our clients include major National football teams (such as Scotland, Greece) and Champions League (Arsenal, Real Madrid, Manchester among many others) and UEFA Cup teams from all over Europe. We are uniquely placed to assist with all aspects of travel to Ukraine and fully understand the travel needs of international teams, their management teams, VIPs and supporters.
