How to work with us:

Request our proposal:
Please let us have full details of your requirements, including destination, pax numbers, dates, hotel star rating and outline programme and we will send our proposal.

All our rates are nett (non commissionable) and subject to confirmation when making the reservation.

Payment:
It is usual for groups to be fully prepaid with a deposit upon confirmation. As hotels’ own terms may vary, we are flexible and will advise you of the details with our proposal. We ask for full prepayment by bank transfer or credit card (charges apply).

Contact numbers and emergency contact:
We will supply you with our local office details together with out of hours contact numbers for 24 hour emergency cover. Please add this to the details on your customer voucher.

Local support:
Groups will have an appointed representative from our local office, who will meet the group on arrival and will be available as agreed to assist with operational aspects of the tour during their stay.

Tour manager:
We will supply a local tour manager if required. (Fee applies)

Contract:
Please send your usual contract for review, or we can send our terms to you.

Russian visa support:
We provide the visa support to you free of charge when you book the hotel with us. Restrictions apply to certain nationalities, please ask us.

Russian visa service (Available in UK only):
Let us process your customers’ Russian visas at a fraction of the normal price. Please ask for details.

We have knowledgeable staff in all our offices your reservations team are welcome to contact us by email or telephone if they have any questions at all about our services. We are always ready to give assistance and advice.

BA Russia Flights and Code Share with S7 Airline

British Airways and Russian carrier S7 Airlines have started codesharing on each other's flights between London Heathrow, Moscow and across domestic routes in Russia from February 8, 2011. This follows S7's recent entry into the Oneworld Alliance.

The codeshares will operate on S7 flights between Moscow and Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk and Ufa.

All British Airways services between Moscow Domodedovo and London Heathrow Terminal will carry an S7 code as well.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport - Statement from Operations Direcor

TO: All Tour Operators

As you may be aware, there was a bomb attack at Moscow's Domodedovo Airport (DME) yesterday afternoon.

While we cannot offer official advice, we note that the general UK Foreign Office advice regarding travel to Russia has not changed (see link below).

Tours and programmes are currently running as normal, and flights are operating in and out of DME. We are monitoring the situation on the ground closely and will keep you updated with any developments which may affect our clients. We understand that there is increased security in place at all transport hubs, public places and hotels.

May I take this opportunity to remind you that we are contactable 24 hours a day both in Russia and in UK. All clients currently travelling have been accounted for and our local team are in contact with them to ensure that they are safe and well.

City of Lviv Appeals to Tourists!

Just to let you know i had a wonderful weekend in Lviv. Perfect weather and lots of good food. Its certainly an unspoilt gem of a city.

Two full days was perfect to see all the museums, churches and other sights. I really enjoyed the tour of the local brewery museum !

There were a lot of bars and restaurants in the old town where you could sit outside and watch all the people. There are some lovely cafes to enjoy great coffee and cakes. It was like Krakow or Vienna without the crowds.

Grand Hotel was an excellent choice, centrally located and full of character and history. The room was very quiet which was important to me.

I think Lviv has a lot of potential as a short break destination. I just think there needs to be better and cheaper flight connections from UK. At the moment the fare is very expensive and the journey is long. It took me most of the day to get there with a long delay in Warsaw.

The other problem is general awareness of Lviv in UK. Most people have only heard of Kiev and Odessa. I'm sure it will become popular once the Euro 2012 football tournament has taken place in Ukraine, Lviv is one of the host cities.

British Airways Strike Leaves Russia Mainly Unaffected

The BA strike seems to be having little impact - excellent for our tour and cruise passengers to Russia. We are of course issuing Russian visas for extended stays in Russia - and can assist locally in extending visas in Russia in such cases. Most flights are operating normally between London and Moscow & St Petersburg - but watch the BA flight for updates.
